While not suspicious in and of themselves, the presence of several of them in one location or by one person a/o small group of persons not apparently involved in legitimate laboratory work of some sort may be considered suspicious and should be reported to the police ASAP.

Actually this is pretty common in Kansas City. There are a lot of private operators clearing parking lots.

Undaunted, always timely advice. There is a current case here in Minnecrapolis where a Syrian-American (no pc here, just background) got into an argument in a bar with a LGBT activist, then mowed him and his friends down with a car, killing activist. Admitted it was due to the gaiety.

On a different note, don't know if you've seen this, but cut shells are an inexpensive way to maximize your payload without over scatter. Over penetration is another matter; just make sure there's nothing behind your target that you don't want to destroy.
